Horrible UX...

When I tried posting, it showed "SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '3894-17' for key 'PRIMARY'". However, the previous post did succeed. What's worse it seems that I can't delete duplicate posts...
